Snowman Pancakes

Prepare the pancake batter following the instructions on the Dr. Oetker American Style Pancake Mix packet. 

Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add a small drizzle of oil. Cook your Pancakes until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then carefully flip them over. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes. You’ll need three pancakes for each snowman.  

Place three pancakes on a plate, one on top of the other, slightly overlapping to create your snowman.  

Sprinkle plenty of icing sugar over your pancakes to give your snowman a lovely snowy finish. 

Use Dr. Oetker Chocolatey Decorating Icing to add your snowman’s eyes, and smile. 
Use the Dr. Oetker Caramel Flavour Decorating Icing to create the arms, and nose.  
Use the blueberries or more Dr. Oetker Chocolatey Icing Pens for the buttons of the snowman.
