Preheat the oven to 160°C fan, 180°C electric, 320°F, gas mark 3, grease and line a 10x10inch square cake tin, or a 25cm loaf tin.
In a bowl pop the Weetabix® and crush them into larger flakes. Add in the plain flour, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, Dr. Oetker Cocoa Powder, coconut and dried fruit. Stir until all combined.
In a separate bowl add in the honey, margarine and Dr. Oetker Vanilla, and place in the microwave on 30 second burst until all melted, stirring in-between. Alternatively place in a pan on a medium heat stirring continuous until melted.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dried ingredients and stir until all combined. Then gently press into the prepared tin. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until set and golden on top. Allow to cool, completely in the tin.
Once cooled it’s time to make the buttercream, pop the icing sugar, Dr. Oetker Cocoa Powder, Dr. Oetker Vanilla, and margarine in a bowl and give this a good mix until all combined. This mixture maybe a little thick, so add in 1tbsp boiling water at a time until creamy and spreadable.
Spread the icing over the top of the Weetabix® slice, then sprinkle over the Dr. Oetker Rainbow Magic Sprinkles.
Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
