Storing Chocolate

The best way to store chocolate.

Did you know that if you don't store your Chocolate properly it may 'bloom'. This happens when chocolate is not stored at the correct temperature and will cause a white appearance on the surface of the chocolate. This is not harmful and is still okay to bake with, as it will disappear on melting. Remember, always store chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct light and strong odours.
