Need help covering your square cake with Icing and Marzipan?
To get a perfect square shape, we suggest that you marzipan the cake in sections, otherwise it will have a slightly rounded effect. Marzipan the sides individually first, then the top. Make sure you use a thick layer of sugar paste to ensure that it does not crack. We suggest that you use Regal-Ice for the icing as this will set square if you square it off correctly.
