Preheat the oven 190°C/170°C/Gas Mark 5. Grease and line a 20cm square cake tin.
Melt the butter and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Put the melted butter and light brown sugar into a bowl and using an electric whisk beat for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat again until incorporated.
Fold in the flour, baking powder, chocolate chunks, and Oreos.
Place in the prepared cake tin.
Bake for 25-30 Minutes. Keep the blondie in the oven. (The blondie should have a slight wobble in the middle. This is fine) Turn off the oven and allow the blondie to cool in the oven for 10 minutes. Take the blondie out the oven and allow to cool completely.
In a pan, slowly heat the cream until it starts slightly bubble. Take off the heat and add in the white chocolate. Stir until fully melted.
Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature.
Using an electric whisk, whip the ganache until pale and thick.
Spread the whipped white chocolate ganache onto the blondie. Decorate with Chocolate heart, Smashed Oreos, Adventure Mix sprinkles, Billionaires sprinkles, and Chocolate Letters and Numbers.
