Place your meringue mixture into a piping bag and cut a hole about 1cm in the end of the piping bag.
Pipe one large blob onto your lined baking tray, then pipe a slightly smaller blob on top and finish with an even smaller blob. – you need to make sure your meringue mixture is stiff enough a holds it’s shape so your snowmen don’t lean as they bake.
Bake your snowmen and leave to cool.
Using the Black and Orange Colour Gel paint the facial features and buttons onto the snowmen.
