Spread the filling onto the yule log.
Begin the roll the yule log using the greaseproof paper to help roll the sponge.
Cut off each end of the yule log to reveal the swirl and neaten up any excess filling.
Palette the chocolate ganache over the top and sides of the yule log until it is all coated.
Place the broken chocolate bark over the top of the yule log layering up the bark to cover yule log so there are no gaps.
Using yours hands gently press the bark onto the yule log to help it stick and also create a rounder shape.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and you are ready to serve!
